Collect common extra settings in the pkuthss-extra package. Divide pkuthss.cls into pkuthss.cls, pkuthss-option.def and pkuthss-common.def. Add support for key=val grammar. Add listings of package code in documentation. Use ` ' instead of `~' to separate CJK characters and other characters. Bump version number to `1.3 alpha1'.
